This horizontal packaging machine adopts a pneumatic sealing and cutting system , which ensures consistent and clean sealing results. The unique feature is the   sponge-assisted air evacuation mechanism positioned at the product exit. As each folded garment moves forward and reaches the cutting area, the sponge presses down on the top of the package, gently expelling internal air. Simultaneously, the pneumatic cutter seals and cuts the package, creating a smooth, compressed final product.

The sealing temperature and cutting pressure can be finely adjusted to accommodate different film materials and garment thicknesses, ensuring packaging integrity without damaging the clothes. The overall structure is compact, with a stainless steel frame, clear protective covers, and a touch-screen HMI for easy control and quick format change.

Working Process

1. Feeding : Folded garments are placed manually or via auto-feeding onto the infeed conveyor.

2.Film Wrapping: Packaging film is unwound from the rear and formed horizontally around the garment.

3.Exhaust & Sealing: At the end of the conveyor, a sponge-equipped down-press compresses the package, expelling excess air. Right after, the   pneumatic upper-lower performs heat sealing and cutting in one synchronized motion.

4.Discharge: The finished, air-tight garment pack is sent to the outfeed conveyor, ready for boxing or display.
